Nicole Marchand Aucoin, MS, RD, LD/N

Owner, Healthy Steps Nutrition

Nicole – founder of Healthy Steps Nutrition – realized how important nutrition was at a young age. Her mom was diagnosed with cancer and her family completely changed their diet and lifestyle. Her mom lived years past the doctor’s expectations. Even though her mom ultimately lost the battle to cancer, Nicole was able to have years of memories with her that she may or may not have been able to have if the family didn’t completely change their diet and try complementary medicine. It wasn’t until attending The University of Florida and becoming part of the cheerleading team that she realized nutrition was a field. Nicole, along with the rest of her team, was sent to a dietitian. After leaving the office, she changed her major to pursue a career in the nutrition field. She feels blessed to be able to share her passion about health, wellness and disease prevention on a daily basis.

She has worked in the nutrition and fitness arena for over 10 years helping thousands of clients achieve their goals. Her program is currently run at hundreds of gyms and nutrition practices worldwide. Nicole is the author of Nourish, the how-to guide to starting and growing a nutrition business from the ground up.

Nicole empowers clients to make lifestyle changes. She provides health coaching through diet and exercise to help her clients meet their goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight, want help sorting out the facts about dieting or need some guidance to help manage a specific disease state: Nicole has something for you!

Ivi Johnsen

Administrative Manager, Nutrition Coach

Ivi spent most of her life shying away from fitness. Fitness was something that seemed unattainable. Then, after graduating from the University of Florida and moving into a full-time career, she realized the importance of fitness not only to her physical health, but also her mental health. For a few years she bounced from fitness trend to fitness trend trying to find the right fit. Then, in 2017 she discovered CrossFit. Immediately she became hooked on the lifestyle and community of CrossFit. Now, Ivi focuses on helping kids develop a love for fitness early. She also incorporates nutrition for well-rounded life-long habits!
